The real estate legislative update will address issues
raised in the 2020 regular session of the Minnesota Legislature, particularly
regarding suspension of statutes of limitation, the Governor’s emergency orders,
legislation to clarify the suspension of statutes of limitation, and the
probability of corrective legislation either in a special session or in the
2021 regular
session.
