with the featured CLE program to follow immediately by 1:15 pm
and conclude at 2:30 pm.
Currently, all bar association programming
is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person

Program Description:
Please join Professor Ralph Hall,
University of Minnesota Law School, and noted practitioner David Graham for a
round-up of recent FDA, HHS, and Congressional efforts to respond to the
COVID-19 pandemic. The presentation will cover the rapidly evolving
regulatory landscape for diagnostic tests, vaccines, potential drug treatments,
life-supporting medical devices (ventilators), and personal protective
equipment. Mr. Graham will also discuss legislative efforts to
provide limited immunity to manufacturers of products used to protect against
and treat SARS-COV-2 infections. Presenters:
