Description:
A family law jury trial was held in Ramsey County in February
of 2020. The attorneys who represented the biological father, Amy Krupinski and
Victoria Elsmore from Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, will discuss the
path to jury trial, the current state of the law in Minnesota that allows for
jury trials, and where we go from here. The case is on-going, so the
information given will be broad.
The CLE program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
