This seminar will discuss decisions in the last year of
importance, or at least interest, to members of the real estate bar. This
case law update begins with decisions issued after the November 2019 Real Estate
Institute and through June 2020. We will touch on virtually all areas of
real property, from adverse possession, easements, and property tax appeals to
mortgage foreclosure, landlord-tenant disputes, and land use. Join us for
a refresher and an update. And please stay for a networking social
immediately following the seminar for an opportunity to connect virtually with
other attorneys with similar interests. There will be three gift card
drawings for those in attendance provided by DeWitt
LLP.
You must be present to
win, so grab a beverage and/or snack and stick around for
some socializing and the chance to
win!
