We'll chat with a
leading expert in the field of Internet law, Professor Eric
Goldman, about what the law is, where it came from and whether it
serves the current moment and our use of an 'open Internet.'
Eric Goldman is professor at Santa
Clara University School of Law. He also co-directs the law school's High Tech
Law Institute and co-supervises the law school's Privacy Law
Certificate. Goldman is also author at the Technology and Marketing Law
Blog.
