Due to the current situation, this program is REMOTE-ONLY participation.  There is NO in-person attendance.

The Technology and Innovation Committee  and Legislation Committee of the MSBA Probate and Trust Law Section invite you to a virtual happy hour roundtable discussion on the following topics: 

  • 2020 Legislation: Harmless Error Rule and UTMA updates;
  • Electronic Wills: future legislation under consideration;
  • Experiences with remote online notary services; and
  • Client meetings and signing conferences during the pandemic.

Please register and a link to join the virtual event will be sent to you. Just grab your favorite beverage, find a good spot to relax, and join us in the virtual room. We hope to see you there!
