and Trust Law Section invite you to a virtual happy hour roundtable
discussion on the following topics:
- 2020 Legislation: Harmless Error Rule
and UTMA updates;
- Electronic Wills: future legislation
under consideration;
- Experiences with remote online notary
services; and
- Client meetings and signing conferences
during the pandemic.
