Annual Section Webinar CLE
Program and Elections: the Section elections will take
place prior at 11:45 am with the CLE program to follow immediately by 12:00
pm.

COVID-19 situation, all bar association programming is
currently REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person
attendance. Thank

Webinar Program:
Please join the MSBA Consumer Law Section in an
informal but informative roundtable discussion with Magistrate
Judge Thorson. We will discuss best practices for settlement conferences,
Rule 15 and motions to amend, effective and ineffective arguments for discovery
disputes, best practices generally and what to avoid! We will
also touch on trends in consumer cases. Moderated by attorneyes Vildan Teske, Todd Murray, and
Jessica Savran.
