The Coronavirus has impacted every sector of
the US work force. Immigrant health care workers and meat processors are amongst
those who have been hit the hardest. DACA recipients have been left in dark
about what their futures hold and immigrant families across the nation are
feeling even more vulnerable. This CLE will cover the impact of the pandemic on
foreign medical graduates, meat processing plants and other "essential workers"
on the frontline, DACA recipients, Know Your Rights, ethics issues for attorneys
advising clients in light of the pandemic, and consular processing
updates.
