Appellate Practice in a Pandemic – A virtual roundtable discussion

Event Description

 

The Appellate Practice Section invites you to join a discussion about the impact of COVID-19 on your practice. This platform will allow you to connect with colleagues and facilitate an opportunity to address any particular challenges to, and considerations surrounding, appellate practice under the current circumstances. Discussion will be led by a moderator and will feature perspectives from the bench and from appellate practitioners who can offer their office’s collective and personal experiences. Attendee participation and input is encouraged – this is intended to be an informal yet informational session.
