It's May, and you know what that means - It's time for a Spring Fling with Chapter 13! 

Just like your flowerbed, Chapter 13 issues are blooming left and right.

Join us for a panel discussion with:

- Jeffrey Bruzek, Staff Counsel to Chapter 13 Trustee Gregory Burrell
- Tim Theisen,  Theisen Law, Anoka Minnesota
- Ron Lundquist,  Lundquist Law Firm, Eagan Minnesota

The panel will discuss the following garden of sprouting Chapter 13 issues:

1. Up in Smoke: The collision between Chapter 13 in states with legalized marijuana, and federal law that criminalizes marijuana

2. Saving Grace: Should savings be a part of a Chapter 13 Debtor's budget?
An examination of a savings program instituted for Chapter 13 debtors by the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas

3. Back to School: A Review of Student Loan Issues in Chapter 13
