The goal of this presentation is to provide
information to help you in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Things to consider when negotiating contracts.
- Identify areas in contracts that cause problems for governmental entities
and learn how to solve them.
- Understand what types of insurance and limits should
be required in contracts including additional insured endorsements.
- Learn what to look for in indemnification
clauses.

Get tips for reviewing certificates of insurance. Review issues related to
COVID-19.
