Due to
the current COVID-19 situation, all bar association programming is currently

Program Description:
Please join
DuVal & Associates as we focus on the Emergency Use Authorization or EUA
process. This program is devoted to the rapid release of products for use in
emergency situations like the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Many of
our existing and new clients have reached out to DuVal & Associates to
strategize and assist with navigating the continually evolving requirements of
obtaining an EUA. Lisa Pritchard of DuVal & Associates will share the
background of the EUA program, the regulatory criteria for obtaining an EUA, and
some product-specific EUA information. She will be joined by Michelle Pritchard,
Kathy Herzog, and Aaron Hage to provide recommendations for success and engage
in audience Q&A. Topics covered will include:
- What is an EUA?
- How do I decide if I should request an
EUA?
- What data do I need to have?
- How do I prepare an EUA?
- What should I expect through the
process?
- What are some tips for
success?
