The Section is excited to continue a
tradition, now in its 29th consecutive year, of presenting recent developments
and the latest hot topics in agricultural law. Due to the coronavirus pandemic,
this year's Institute looks a little different than previous years. We are
dividing the content up into two half-day remote sessions on May 13 and May

This
session will provide an overview of past and present USDA farm programs and
how they have changed and been adjusted over time, as well as potential
adjustments that may occur going forward. Kent will also provide an update on
emergency aid programs related to agriculture that have been enacted due to
the current Coronavirus outbreak in the U.S.
