WEBINAR | Ethical Considerations for Remote Mediations and Annual Elections

Please note that our May meeting and program is the last ADR session of the 2019-2020 term.  The Section Business meeting will include the 2020-21 Election and start earlier with introductions at 11:50 AM. The CLE program will remain from 12:15 to 1:15 PM.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all bar association programming is currently REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance.  Thank you.

Now that we have all moved to physical distancing… and we don’t know when it might end, many of us are moving our ADR practice online. In this session, we will explore the ethical considerations practitioners should keep in mind whatever platform you use.
