be NO in-person attendance. Thank

The Family Law Section business meeting is
prior to the CLE at 9:30 a.m. All
Family Law Section members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting
agenda and materials will be sent closer to the meeting date.
Program Description:
Please join the MSBA Immigration Law Section and the MSBA Family Law Section
for this collaborative program that will cover a variety of issues including:
- Custody issues when one or both parents are
undocumented;
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) Petitions;
- Divorce Issues;
- Custody documents to have prepared in the event of ICE
involvement;
- US Citizen Children (single parent households and
households with undocumented parents);
- US Passport issues for children;
- And More!
