Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all bar association
programming is currently REMOTE-ONLY participation. There is NO in-person
attendance.

Among its many impacts, the COVID-19
outbreak has created uncertainties for businesses as to their obligation to
comply with environmental, health and safety requirements during the outbreak.
The Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy section has organized a free
socially distanced CLE to discuss the latest guidance from US EPA, MPCA and OSHA
regarding compliance during this period. Please join us from your cabin,
basement or wherever your workspace may be.
