Minnesotans routinely rely on
telecommunications to navigate modern life.
However, during the COVID19 outbreak, routine technology became a critical lifeline during the stay at
home lifestyle mandated by the pandemic. This CLE will discuss the
response of the State, carriers and educators to the extraordinary
circumstances. The panel will also discuss legal challenges posed by the various
options and how the state can prepare for a potential repeat of the
experience.
