WEBINAR | In the Eye of the Beholder? Key drivers of method, perception and conflict in business valuation

Event Description

Due to the current situation, this program is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance.

Determining the value of a business can involve a range of differences and potential disputes. These differences can range from the methodological approach, to varying perceptions of value, to deeply seeded personal or professional history that impacts the stakeholders’ point of view. Our presenters will discuss both their experience and lessons learned as well as current trends that relate to whether or not a disagreement over value can lead to legal disputes as well has how valuations play a role in resolving existing legal disputes.
