Determining the value of a business can involve a range of
differences and potential disputes. These differences can range from the
methodological approach, to varying perceptions of value, to deeply seeded personal or
professional history that impacts the stakeholders’ point of view. Our
presenters will discuss both their experience and lessons learned
as well as current trends that relate to whether or not a
disagreement over value can lead to legal disputes as well has how valuations play
a role in resolving existing legal disputes.
