The presentation will discuss some of the common bankruptcy-related complaints received by the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, address potential ethics pitfalls for bankruptcy attorneys, and touch upon tips and suggestions for remaining in compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
