In Person CLE Program:

This session will review highlights from 2019 in the area of professional responsibility by covering important rule changes, interesting court decisions regarding attorney discipline and new ABA opinions on ethics. This session will also look at areas that lead to private discipline that might not be obvious to the practicing bar.
