Eminent Domain 2020 is your guide to
the future of eminent domain. Ben has done his best to peer
into the crystal ball and project some of the hotly contested issues in
eminent domain and right-of-way in the coming decade. The session will cover
alternative public crossing and coordination methods, easement interpretation rules based on recent appellate
cases, and an overview of national trends on eminent-domain-related issues. The
session will also cover appropriate best practice tips where applicable to
these issues.
