Description:
Understanding and working with
conflict during and after divorce and separation cases from a collaborative
perspective.
Please join us for an informative joint workshop on the
topic of how to understand and work with conflict during and after a separation
or divorce. Presenters will discuss various topics surrounding this including
how conflict resolution works differently in a problem solving divorce process
as compared to an adversarial process, the impact of parental conflict on
children and understanding and managing couple's conflict as it shows up during
and after a divorce. They will be focusing on communication tools, skill
building and child-focused ways to reframe positional thinking into effective
decision-making.
Registration will begin at
11:00 am, the CLE program will run from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm, including breaks and lunch.
Lunch is included in your registration. Please let us know
if you have any dietary restrictions.
