Program:
In-house attorneys face frequent and sometimes complicated challenges in
establishing and preserving the attorney-client privilege with their clients.
This presentation aims to place such issues in useful context, give examples of
better and worse approaches, and offer guidance on how to minimize the chances
that your emails will one day end up on a big screen in a crowded
courtroom.
