Day of registration and check-in will begin
after 11:45 am. The program begins at 12
noon.
Program:
A concise and practical summary of recent developments in Minnesota business
law, with a focus on managing litigation risks, contracting effectively,
reducing data privacy exposure, and other core risk management aspects of daily
business or practice. Kevin and Faris present practical and thoughtful takeaways
from the recent caselaw in an engaging and fast-moving format, and have been
asked to present their update at the Minnesota Business Law Institute for 4
years in a row.
