Event Description
Now more than ever
Immigration Attorneys are in high demand. Immigration law is a complex,
challenging and ever changing practice. New practitioners, especially, need a
solid guide on how to hit the ground running. Law students are encouraged to
attend and get an insight on the various ways immigration law is practiced.
This CLE will cover the different areas of immigration practice,
answer questions on what to expect in your role, where and how to conduct legal
research for immigration purposes, how your current legal experience can bolster
your resume when applying for a position at an immigration firm, and different
tools that can help you along the way.
Join us before and after the program for an
opportunity network with practicing immigration attorneys. Appetizers and
beverages will be provided.
