Miscalculating a non-filing spouse's income in
bankruptcy cases can have negative implications for the spouse who is filing
bankruptcy. This CLE will explore the impact on the means test and on an actual
disposable income calculation in regard to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy
cases. Statutory language, case law, and current practices will be
reviewed and analyzed.
Food and drink will be
provided. Pre-registrations are not required but
appreciated for planning purposes.
