Description:
The Minnesota Uniform Trust Code provided new tools for
modifying irrevocable trusts. This CLE will walk through the different
methods, the requirements for each, and provide examples for the best uses of
each modification
method.
The CLE program will
run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
