Program:
Take a step from criminal defense into the
world of administrative hearings. The administrative hearing process can have a
huge impact on your client’s life, outside of the criminal justice system. This
is a basics course in litigating contested cases at the Office of Administrative
Hearings (OAH). You will learn about the applicable evidentiary rules, burdens
and standards of proof, and some of the best practices the ALJs see at
OAH.
