Program:
Many attorneys practicing in the area of
Social Security Disability would agree that cross examination of Medical Experts
(MEs) in disability hearings is one of the more challenging aspects of our
practice. Four attorneys practicing in the Social Security Disability area will
present their approaches to cross examination of MEs in a panel discussion
covering topics such as basic questions to ask most MEs, questions not to ask,
and approaches that have succeeded in limiting damaging testimony, creating
appealable issues, or even winning the case.
