This CLE will
address recent developments in Minnesota labor and employment law impacting
employers and offer practical guidance to help employers comply in the new
year.
Topics to be covered throughout this presentation
include:
- New
regulatory and legislative changes that impact Minnesota employers, including
the Minnesota Wage Theft Statute and the DOL’s increase to the salary
threshold to be exempt under the FLSA.
- Updates on
enforcement activities by various government agencies impacting employers, and
practical tips to avoid scrutiny in these areas.
- Best
practices and quick solutions for ensuring compliance with the new regulatory
and legislative changes.
