This course is a survey of important federal and state criminal law principles as well as a discussion of the ethical concerns related to the practice of criminal law. This course is a nice review for attorneys preparing for the Criminal Law Specialist Certification Examination scheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2020. This presentation is also a good review for any criminal law attorney. 

Registration will begin at 3:45 pm.  The CLE presentation will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
