Please join us at the Rival House in downtown
St. Paul for a 1-hour program featuring Mary McComb, Associate Warden
Operations at MCF-Lino Lakes, Department of Corrections. Ms. McComb will
focus her presentation on:
- Learn about the
origins of the Sovereign Movement
- Review recent sovereign activity in MN and the
U.S.
- Gain familiarity with Sovereign
theory
- Recognize "paper terrorism" tactics
- Understand sovereign debt avoidance
- Recognize sovereign identifiers and documents

Ms. McComb graduated from William Mitchell in 1996. She
has tracked sovereign activity in Minnesota prisons since 2004
when she realized an inmate had placed a $3.65 billion lien on
her. She has trained staff in corrections, law enforcement, investigations,
and the legal profession.
