The Revised LLC Act became law in 2015 and now applies to
every Minnesota LLC. It applies slightly differently to LLCs formed before
August 1, 2015. If your law firm is organized as an LLC, this CLE provides a
basic understanding of the Revised Act, what it means to your law firm, and what
changes, if any, your firm should consider under the new
law.
