In this informative CLE, Tracy will discuss how marketing
and brand management has changed since she began working at Patterson Thuente in
2007 and discuss the current methods used including traditional advertising,
search engine optimization (SEO), algorithms, social media, and internet
marketing.
What should you look for in a web developer or if managing
your own website? Tracy will share her predictions for the future and provide
tips for small to large firm staff on how to manage their personal and law firm
brands. How will AI including search engine optimization and algorithms that use
search words continue to change marketing and branding?

As Patterson Thuente IP’s Director of
Marketing, Tracy Dann’s role is to develop and implement overall marketing and
business development strategies. She assists individual attorneys with practice
development plans, manages the firm website and social channels, and is
responsible for all aspects of marketing communications, brand management, and
community outreach. She is also involved in various client service initiatives,
such as the firm’s client feedback program. Tracy has more than 15 years of
experience in professional services marketing.
