This CLE will provide an in-depth and practical look at the
function of the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility and how
it handles ethics complaints against attorneys. Specific ethics rules relevant
to attorneys in the public sector will be included. The session will also cover
the types of discipline that are imposed in Minnesota, tips on how to avoid some
common ethics pitfalls, and information about how attorneys can work together to
strengthen the profession.
*Lunch will be included. Lunch,
registration and networking will begin at 11:45 am. The CLE
program begins at 12:00 pm and goes until 1:00 pm.
