Deadline to Register: January 20,

Description:
This CLE will address the January 1,
2020 changes to court rules that apply to family court. Topics covered
include the new system for calculating deadlines, public access and the limits
of confidentiality in court filings, and other proposed rules changes under
consideration that may change your practices in family court cases.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 am,
the CLE program will run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Lunch is included in your
registration.
LUNCH: We will provide a selection of
sandwiches. For dietary restrictions or a vegetarian lunch, choose the
appropriate selection on the registration screen.

The First National Bank Building Conference Center Training Room is on the
street level, just inside the building entrance at the corner of Fifth and
Minnesota Streets in downtown St. Paul. The building address is 332 Minnesota
Street.
