Webcast CLE Program:

This continuing legal education program will discuss student loan debt and, in particular, the current status of efforts to have it forgiven under public service programs or discharged in bankruptcy.  This program will then explore how these issues could be affected by proposed action from the 2020 presidential candidates. We will discuss what the candidates are proposing, how it would affect current and future student loan debt, and whether the proposals could realistically be enacted.
