Did you know that new filing timelines and
deadlines will be effective January 1, 2020? Come learn about the rule
changes so you can be ahead of the curve and keep your practice running as
smoothly as possible. Patrick Busch, Staff Attorney with the State Court
Administrator's Office, will update you on the new General Rules of Practice and
Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedures. Judge Daly and Referee Stebbins,
Hennepin County Judicial Officers, will provide valuable insight regarding how
the Court will enforce these rule changes and competing deadlines.
