This CLE
will address a number of topics a contractor and its surety will need to
consider when moving through the bankruptcy process such as, suretyship vs
insurance, the status of bonded projects in bankruptcy, the rights to bonded
contract funds in bankruptcy and indemnity fallout.
*Lunch will be included. Lunch,
registration, and networking will begin at 11:45 am. The program will
begin at 12:15pm and goes until 1:15 pm.
