Description:
The Tubman Pro Bono Safety Project provides high quality
pro bono representation to low-income domestic violence victims seeking civil
Orders for Protection (OFP) This CLE provides the training and materials for
volunteer attorneys to represent assault victims with obtaining an OFP.
Attorneys who agree to represent a
Tubman client within 3 months of the training year may attend the CLE for free,
including lunch. (3.75 CLE credit hours.) To register at the pro bono

Registration and lunch will begin at Noon,
the CLE program will run from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Lunch is included in your
registration, except for law students attending for free, who may purchase a
lunch for $10 if you like. To do so, send an email to info@ramseybar.org or call

Volunteer
Attorneys: Free if you represent a Tubman client pro bono within three months of the
CLE.
All Tubman volunteer attorneys must complete a one page Volunteer Attorney
Application/information sheet, which will be provided at the CLE.
Getting there:
The First National Bank Building Conference Center Training
Room is on the street level, just inside the building entrance at the corner of
Fifth and Minnesota Streets in downtown St. Paul. The building address is 332
Minnesota Street.
Remote Participation:
Remote participation will be available. Please indicate this option
when registering. Instructions will be emailed to you the week day
prior to the CLE.
