For over 20 years, RCBA volunteer attorneys organized the Families First Picnic in the summer for more than 200 children and their family members from economically disadvantaged St. Paul neighborhoods. The 2017 Families First event changed to a Halloween Party serving the same St. Paul neighborhoods as the previous summer picnics.
