Three attorneys who
attended the 2019 Minnesota Elder Law Institute on October 10-11, 2019, will
summarizes six presentations that they found most valuable.
Kathleen Hoffman (Long | Reher | Hanson |
Price, P.A.) will offer her perspective as an attorney from a mid-sized law firm
who is new to practicing elder law. She will summarize a presentation given by
Bryan Jamison on tax issues.
Laura Orr (Southern
Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. ) will offer her perspective as a mid-career elder law
attorney from an non-profit law firm.
Stuart Duering (Stuart R
Deuring Attorney at Law) will offer the perspective of an experienced elder
law attorney in private practice.
With consent from the original Elder Law
Institute presenters, written materials will be available. This CLE is intended
to bring information from the institute to elder law attorneys across the state
who may not have been able to attend (or attend all of) the two-day institute
presented by Minnesota CLE in Minneapolis.
Participants may bring their lunches to the
presentation. However, lunch will not be provided.
