The Tech Law Section
Council will meet at 11:30 am, followed by lunch and the CLE at
noon.
This interactive round table discussion will review the
state
of
case law in online contract formation. In particular, the panel
will compare and contrast various rulings and fact patterns to educate practitioners on
the pitfalls, traps and ongoing debate about what actually equals online
assent and forms an online agreement.
