Description:
Exploring the idea of ethical rules governing the
practice of law as negative reinforcements to correct behavior, including
discussion of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct and the most common
violations of the Rules, practical strategies to avoid an ethical complaint, and
an introduction to the complaint procedure, to help lawyers successfully
navigate the process.
Registration and lunch will begin at
11:30 am, the CLE program will run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Lunch is included in your
registration.
LUNCH: We will provide a selection
of sandwiches. For dietary restrictions or a vegetarian lunch, choose the
appropriate selection on the registration screen.

The First National Bank Building Conference Center Training Room is on the
street level, just inside the building entrance at the corner of Fifth and
Minnesota Streets in downtown St. Paul. The building address is 332 Minnesota
Street.
