Deadline to Register: October 21,
2019
• How does a 401(k) work?
• What is pre-tax verse Roth contribution?
• What is a
target-date fund?
• What are the various terms I should be familiar with
for my healthcare plan?
• What is a Health Savings Account and how does
it work?
• How does long term disability taxation work?
Learn what all those benefit documents you
received on your first day of work really mean. At this CLE we will discuss
common employee benefits that you are likely already receiving (or could be
receiving) from your employer. In addition we will provide a high-level
overview of the various ways in which you may be encountering employee benefits
in your legal practice. As members of the New Lawyers Section and new attorneys
ourselves, we hope you leave this session with a better understanding (and
appreciation for) the complex world of employee benefits.
