Most arbitration clauses specify standard “arbitration”
for dispute resolution. Parties and their counsel, however, can always
agree to use the type of arbitration most appropriate for the specific
dispute. Presenters Dean Thomson and Bob Huber will discuss some of these
options, including final offer (baseball) arbitration, binding med-arb, and
simplified arbitration (documents-only, fixed time and cost, fast-track,
etc.).
