presentation of anecdotes and antidotes from the Denny Hecker case and other
cases in which “things have gone wrong”. Presented by Randy Seaver, the Hecker
trustee, and Matthew Burton, who represented Randy in the Hecker case. If you
represent debtors, you will have a case where things “go wrong”. This
presentation will provide tips on how to most effectively address those
situations.
