the annual elections meeting will start at 12 noon, followed by the program at
12:15 pm.
The Anitrust Law Section will hold its
annual meeting at 12:00 PM to vote on the Slate
of Candidates for the 2019-2020 bar year. All section members are
welcomed and encouraged to attend.
This
program, at the mid-way point of 2019, will cover recent antitrust developments
trending in 2019, including an overview of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Apple
v. Pepper; recent merger trends, including the unprecedented “mini-trial”
related to the CVS-Aetna merger; and recent case development in Sherman Act Section
1 cases. Please join us for lunch, our annual meeting, and a
concise and informative CLE designed to keep us all up to date on the latest
developments in antitrust law.
