about his vision for broadband deployment in Minnesota. He spoke about how
broadband development fit into the state’s larger economic development public
policies. Commissioner Grove’s discussion included the legislative and
regulatory priorities for Governor Walz’s administration going
forward.

Minnesota broadband law, policy and programs. The Border to Border Broadband grant program
