Elections:
As part
of the Social Security Disability Law Section's Annual Meeting, the section will
elect new officers and council members for the 2019-2020 bar term.
Presentation:
The Social Security Disability (SSD) Law
Section of the Minnesota Bar Association presents to you featured guest attorney
Karl Osterhout of Osterhout Berger Disability Law. Karl has his law practice in
Pennsylvania and has experience in federal court appeals. The program will
discuss insights for pre and post hearing briefs with tips on having proper
documentation of the Medical Source Statement (MSS) in conjunction with the new
rules.
